This growing collection represents just the
beginning of Halinet's Digital Library. Included are searchable
indexes from several local history books, the complete text of
some books, and historical maps. As well, there are
online versions of local history pamphlets from Acton
to Terra Cotta; newspaper features about communities
in North Halton from the turn of the century; searchable indexes to the collections of the
Milton and Esquesing
Historical Societies. Much more is planned to be coming on-line in the near future,
including oral and written histories, manuscripts and diaries.
