E-wareness is a celebration of the wide variety of online information resources available to you free from your public or school library.
E-wareness Month is also your chance to win great prizes while learning something new. From October 1st to 31st, you could win great prizes including a laptop or Wii console. Simply pick up a contest ballot at any library location or enter the contest online where available. Correctly answer the questions using the online resources available. Organized by HALINET (Halton Information Network), a joint partnership of information and education providers in the Halton region, E-wareness Month is a collaborative effort aimed at raising awareness of online information resources available to Halton residents.
